Meet the Team

Craig Waterhouse
Principal Dentist
BSc, BDS, Dip Clin Dent (Paediatric Dentistry) (Otago)
Principal Dentist, Craig is a general dentist with postgraduate training in paediatric dentistry. Craig enjoys all aspects of dentistry, delivering care for both adults and children. He is also a Clinical Tutor at the University of Otago’s Faculty of Dentistry. In 2008, after 20 years in private dental practice in Invercargill, he and his wife moved back to Dunedin and purchased the former South Dunedin Dental Associates practice on Cargill’s Corner. They have extensively renovated the interior, restoring some of its original character and improving facilities for staff and patients.

Gloria Liu
Dentist
BDS, Dip Clin Dent (Paediatric Dentistry) (Otago)
Gloria completed her training at the University of Otago in 2002 and right away started her practice in Whangarei. After two years, she moved to Waikato and since worked as a private dentist. In 2010, she further did a Postgraduate Study in Paediatric Dentistry, which later got her the opportunity to work with the Waikato and Lakes District Health Boards in addition to her private practice. She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry most especially in providing comprehensive dental care for both adults and children clients. In her spare time, Gloria likes to travel the world and enjoys new dining experiences.

Rejoice Lien
Dentist
BDS (Otago)
Rejoice completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago in 2021. She began her career in Invercargill before spending two years overseas and has recently returned to New Zealand. Rejoice is passionate about patient-centred care and enjoys learning the latest dental technologies and techniques to make treatments as comfortable and effective as possible for her patients. Outside of work, Rejoice loves baking, travelling, and always keen to explore new hiking tracks with friends.

Chris Kuizon
Oral Health Therapist
BOH (Otago)
Chris is a qualified Oral Health Therapist and a graduate of the University of Otago. He is passionate about preventive dentistry and is dedicated to helping patients improve their oral hygiene practices for long-term oral health. His patient-centred approach focuses on education, gentle care, and building lasting relationships based on trust and empathy. With a strong foundation in both hygiene and therapy, Chris works collaboratively with patients to support their individual needs and promote confident, healthy smiles. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active and unwinding through a friendly game of table tennis.
